As the seasons shift, embrace the fresh energy of spring with a deeply nourishing restorative yoga and sound healing experience. This workshop is designed to help you release winter stagnation, awaken your body and invite renewal into your life.
Through sound, restorative yoga and gentle stretches, you’ll create space for fresh energy to flow. The practice will be accompanied by a soothing sound journey, allowing you to fully relax, reset and align with the vibrant energy of spring.

Strawberry Moon Terrarium Making
Join us for a fun, interactive and hands-on terrarium making class! Your new terrarium will be the perfect addition to your home or workspace.
Enjoy your morning as you create your own unique strawberry full moon inspired succulent, air plant and crystal terrarium! Class will start with an overview of succulents and air plants and how to care for them. Choose from a variety of carefully selected supplies to make your project personalized and unique. We'll be using glass terrariums that are 6 inches wide and there will be a variety of succulents, air plants, crystals and moon decorations to choose from. In June we experience a strawberry full moon in Capricorn, energetically this is the perfect time to release anything that is no longer serving you and manifest and create the life you want! Join Melissa to learn more about this powerful time and create your beautiful terrarium with intention to channel the energy of this moon. Also, learn how to work with the energy of the crystals and their healing properties to create a terrarium that will align and amplify the energy of this dynamic time.

Summer Solstice Wellness Retreat
Join us to celebrate the summer solstice with a day retreat at Lake Terramuggus.
We will start the day by meeting at the Glen Lochen building where a vehicle will be waiting to bring you to our private retreat location. Upon arrival, we will begin the day with a 75 minute all levels yoga class led by Lauren. Following yoga we will enjoy a brunch that will include all of the seasonal freshness of summer. After brunch, we invite you to wade or swim in the lake, enjoy a paddle board yoga class with Melissa or take time to restore and rejuvenate with a good book or in the company of friends. It is required to know how to swim and be comfortable in the water if you would like to take the paddle board yoga class. Refreshing bites will be provided before Melissa ushers you into a relaxing 60 minute sound healing and meditation session. We will close our day together with tapas, cocktails and mocktails.
