Our certified, experienced, and qualified instructors offer individual, small or large group yoga classes tailored for your employees, facility, time frame and needs. Classes are available early morning, mid-day, and after work. Classes vary length depending on your needs; a typical yoga class is 45 minutes, and chair yoga and gentle chair stretch is typically 30 minutes.

Types of Classes Offered
Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga moves at a slower pace focusing on letting go of stress, stretching, and releasing tension from muscles and joints. Classes focus on relaxation techniques, increasing flexibility, breathing exercises, and a variety of standing, seated, and reclining poses. No yoga experience is required, and modifications are offered. This class is appropriate for students brand new to yoga as well as individuals who have practiced yoga before. Classes are tailored to the students in class.
All Levels Yoga
This class is great for the mind and body, building strength, increasing flexibility, reducing stress, and learning proper alignment. Classes focus on relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, alignment, and a variety of standing, seated, and reclining poses. Students are encouraged to move through class at their own pace; modifications are offered to intensify or soften the practice. This class is appropriate for students brand new to yoga as well as individuals who have practiced before. Classes are tailored to the students in class.
Power Yoga
Building on the all levels yoga class, more advanced postures are offered, poses are held longer and class moves a little faster. Power yoga is a great class that strengthens the body and quiets the mind. Classes focus on relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, alignment, and a variety of standing, seated, and reclining poses. Students are encouraged to move through class at their own pace; modifications are offered to intensify or soften class. All students are welcome and encouraged to move through the practice at their own pace. Classes are tailored to the students in class.
Chair Yoga
This class teaches students how to incorporate breathing exercises, stretches, and simple poses into their workday to relieve stress and tension, increase energy, and improve overall well-being. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced in a chair or standing using a chair for support to improve flexibility and strengthen muscles. Classes begin with breathing exercises and gentle movement, gradually working into stretches and poses, class ends with a guided relaxation. Chair yoga is perfect for everyone, even those brand new to yoga. Modifications will be offered throughout the class. Students can attend class in business attire, and no yoga mat is needed.
Gentle Chair Stretch
This class teaches students how to incorporate breathing exercises and stretches into their workday to relieve stress and tension, increase energy, and improve overall well-being. Gentle chair stretch is gentle stretching that is practiced in a chair or standing using a chair for support to improve flexibility and strengthen muscles. We will cover stretches for the whole body moving at a slow and gentle pace. Gentle chair stretch is perfect for everyone, even those who are new to stretching. Modifications will be offered throughout the class. Students can attend class in business attire, and no yoga mat is needed.
