Sunset Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga

$50.00 includes paddle board and equipment rental.

Participants need to know how to swim and must be comfortable in the water.

Join us for stand up paddle board yoga (SUP yoga) classes this summer! SUP yoga is the most amazing, fun, invigorating yet peaceful and relaxing experiences. SUP yoga helps develop strength, balance and flexibility all while being surrounded by beautiful, blissful nature!

Never tried SUP yoga? That’s OK! Try something new this summer! No SUP and no yoga experience necessary! Our SUP yoga classes are all levels, modifications will be offered to soften or intensify your practice and the boards are specially selected for their stability.

SUP yoga classes are led by a certified SUP yoga instructor. Sessions begin on land going over the basics of how to properly handle the paddle board. We will paddle to the perfect spot for our SUP yoga class and anchor. You will be led through a fun exploration of yoga all while taking in the beauty of nature around you. Class will include centering, warm up, poses, cool down and there will be time to play with poses you want to try and take pictures before settling into a blissfully relaxing savasana. As class wraps up, we will peacefully paddle back to shore.

All equipment is provided (paddle board, paddle and personal floatation device) our instructors will explain everything you need to know so don’t worry if you are a beginner!

Sunset Paddle – Join us for a truly magical sunset paddle experience! Launch before sunset and enjoy a leisurely paddle, experiencing the peace and tranquility of the calm water while enjoying the glow of the sunset. Sessions begin on land going over the basics of how to properly SUP and then enjoy the paddle at your own pace!  No SUP experience necessary.

All equipment is provided (board, paddle, personal floatation device and anchor) our instructors will explain everything you need to know so don’t worry if you are a beginner!

Full Moon Paddle – Join us for a memorable 90 minute Full Moon paddle! Launch before sunset and enjoy a leisurely paddle, experiencing the peace and tranquility of the calm water while enjoying the glow of the moon and star-filled sky. Paddling under a full moon creates a truly magical experience!

Meeting location will be determined a couple of days before class depending on SUP conditions.
