Home clearings are done using a few different healing methods including the use of sage, palo santo and reiki. Sage is often referred to as nature’s vacuum cleaner! For centuries, indigenous peoples have lit sage to smudge and clear the air, removing unwanted energy. Palo santo dates back to the Inca era and is great for eliminating negative energy and creating a relaxed, tranquil space. Reiki is intuitively offered during the session to cleanse clean and heal the space, creating balance and energetic flow.
